Signed or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged within 14 days of purchasing the product. Items that have been intentionally worn, altered of damaged by the buyer are not eligible for exchange. If you need replacement for an item, please send an email to email@example.com joined with a clear picture of the defect, and your invoice ID.
