How does COVID-19 affect my orders?
With the current situation and this store being almost fully reliant on print-on-demand services, it's impossible to give an exact approximation of the impact. Accordingly to what I've read from the providers websites, 10 additional days should be allowed for your orders to arrive.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal. When selecting the Paypal option, you will be redirected to their log in, and asked to confirm the order total. Once the transaction is complete, you will be directed back to the store.
What countries do you ship to?
We offer free shipping worldwide!
What currencies do you accept?
Our prices of listed in Euros by default, but you have the option to convert to some of the major currencies with a dropdown menu on our pages. The currency conversion will be applied at checkout based on the current conversion rates.
What happens after I order products from your store?
You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you have finished placing your order. The order will be processed within 7 business days. When the order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the shipping information and tracking number.
Take into consideration that the print companies fulfilling the orders are based all around the world, which means your order might arrive over multiple packages!
Digital products will be sent over to you immediately after purchase.
Can I change my order?
If your item hasn't been shipped yet, we might be able to change it. Please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and include your order number and the details you would like to change.
What is your return policy?
If the item you received are defective in any way, don't panic! We'll be happy to arrange a replacement for you. Send us an email at email@example.com with a clear picture of the item and the defect, as well as your order number. We will issue replacements on orders within 14 days of purchase.
Please take into account that I'm a one-woman show. I run everything by my own, and this is all big and new and scary to me. I'll do my best so that your experience with my store goes as smoothly as possible, but as I'm also learning, I might make a couple of mistakes along the way!
